📢 SAP Production Environment (ERP) Cloud Migration

What's happening?
The SAP Production Environment (ERP) is being migrated to the cloud and will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

What do I need to do?
 Please complete any critical SAP activities before the outage.

The following services will remain available; however, any SAP submissions made during the outage will need to be re-submitted once SAP is restored on Monday:

• TRA
• WRA
• ABC

The following service will remain available, and emails submitted during the outage will be processed on Monday without requiring resubmission:

• Vendor invoice submissions via email

Maintenance Window

• Start: Friday, 16 October, 7:00 PM (AEDT)
• End: Monday, 19 October, 5:00 AM (AEDT)

Impact
 SAP Production will be unavailable during this period, and SAP transactions cannot be processed until services are restored.
